My academic background in business information systems, psychology, and ethnic studies informs my approach to content design and strategy. I'm passionate about uncovering the customer story that emerges from user testing and data analysis.

In my free time, I love experimenting with recipes in my kitchen, reading fiction books (find me on Goodreads), hiking across national parks, and traveling to new cities.
